Similar to a MMPI or MBTI, the CLP is a mixed-methods meta-analysis that helps HCG learn about our clients and find the best candidate to fit their needs for the present and the future. The CLP has four primary variables we strive to understand: Talent, Culture, Process, and Commerce.
Talent

Process
Process can be defined as how work gets done within your organization. Does your organization operate in an efficient manner? Does it follow your business model? Do your employees give regular input on where process inefficiencies may exist and how the process can be improved?
